消防信号闸阀是在特制手动暗杆闸阀的基础上加设电信号装置而成。阀门除了按国家标准设计制造外，并按此阀在自动喷水灭火器系统安装及使用特点，采用不锈钢精磨阀杆及便于维护的四氟 U 型密封，并增设了独特的 O 型圈阀杆上密封（导密封）结构，能够确保阀门长期处于常开状态下，阀杆不渗漏，有利于吊顶中安装使用。

电信号装置为全密封精密机电盒式结构，盒内采用不锈钢机件及进口电气元件装置设于操作手轮下方不易被碰撞的阀体压盖上，内设微动形状及推动机构，以齿轮与固定在闸阀启闭位置的“通”“断”电信号。

The device is arranged on the valve body gland which is not easy to be collided under the operating handwheel. It is equipped with micro motion shape and pushing mechanism to connect the gear with the "on" and "off" electrical signals fixed at the opening and closing position of the gate valve.
